The last meeting of the outgoing officers! Thanks to everyone who served. Welcome new officers!
Items under discussion/action items, in random order:
- Connie to register newly elected officers on TMI site
- Stephanie to contact division about induction of new officers at an ER TM meeting:
- Distinguished club program for potential completions for next year: 4 CC; 1 DTM; 1 ALB; 3 CL
- Stephanie to send Phillip a list of email addresses of former members; Phillip to compose contact email
- Treasurer to submit dues in time for DCP (Eileen?? or Uttam??) for next year
- Eileen, the current treasurer, to transfer duties/authorization to Uttam, our incoming treasurer
- Malcolm, possibly with Meiji, will look into advertising ER TM on local papers (done for free) and post flyers for ER TM
- Stephanie to cc Malcolm and Meiji when responding to email from FreeToast with the goal of transfering FreeToast contact from Stephanie to Malcolm and/or Meiji
